The word mesotheraphy was derived from the Latin word “meso” which means “middle” and from the Latin word “therapy” which means “treatment” in English. Therefore the word “mesotheraphy” means mesoderm treatment. Mesotheraphy is one of the most effective regeneration treatments administered on the skin. A mix which consists of minerals, vitamins and hyaluronic acid is injected into the mesoderm. Thus, the moisture holding capacity of the skin is expanded and it is cultivated. There is scarcely any adverse effect of this treatment because the mix is prepared with tiny amount of medicine and is injected directly into the sub surface of the skin. Facial mesotheraphy (Mesolift) is one of the most natural and practical treatments which regenerates the skin and obstructs the formation of the wrinkles and sagging.
Facial mesotheraphy (mesolift) is administered by injecting a mix consisted of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids under the skin with the help of fine needles. These substances trigger the production of collagen and elastin in the skin therefore; rejuvenations process is started.
Mesotheraphy invigorates and regenerates the skin. It is administered to prevent aging and sagging, to recuperate the damaged skins because of smoking and too much sun exposure, to fix the dullness, blemishes, acne and wounding scars and sears.
The skin is cleansed and disinfected firstly. Anesthetic creams can be applied before 30 minutes of the implementation process. The mix, consisted of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, is injected under the skin with the help of fine needles.
Mesolift is administered every 1 or 4 weeks at the beginning of the treatment process. After 4 or 6 sessions, it can be applied again, every 3 or 6 months.
Mesolift takes its effect after the second session. Its rejuvenating effects last after the treatment is ended.
More successful results can be obtained if mesolift is received in conjunction with laser, radiofrequency, or IPL treatments. If mesolift is received before or after the aesthetic filling implementations, it can contribute to fix the sagginess of the skin.
Essential substances used for mesolift can be listed as; hyaluronic acid, copper, DMAE(dimethylaminoethanol), Lidocaine Magnesium, selenium, silica, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Vitamin C, zinc, amino acids, nucleic acids, Alpha lipoic acid and glutathione.
People who are pregnant, are breastfeeding, have active infections on their skin, and are allergic to the substances used for mesolift cannot receive this treatment. If the patient’s skin is overly sagged or he/she has serious scars, he/she should receive mesolift in conjunction with the other aesthetic and anti-aging implementations.
There are quite a few side effects of this treatment. Purple spots which can be covered with cosmetic products may occur in the day after the implementation is done. Infections or allergic reactions may be observed, rarely.
